Our website and reservation system are operated using Lodgify. Information submitted through our website may therefore be processed through Lodgify and its service providers as required to provide website, booking and payment functionality.

Payment information may be processed directly by third-party payment processors. Tall Cedars Hideaway does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Third-party services may have their own privacy policies and data-handling practices.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact:

Tall Cedars Hideaway
Manitoba, Canada
Email: [your Tall Cedars email]
Website: tallcedarshideaway.com

I would title the Lodgify page simply “Privacy Policy” and put a link to it in the footer.

I would also use Tall Cedars Hideaway here rather than Tall Cedars, at least until your new Tall Cedars partnership registration is completed. Once the partnership is registered, we can change the opening to something like “Tall Cedars, operating as Tall Cedars Hideaway.” That would connect the legal business name with the guest-facing brand cleanly.
